All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our embroidery, digitizing, and apparel printing:
✔ All personalized orders are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
✔ Why? Each piece is crafted uniquely for you and can't be resold.
Our Mistake? We'll Make It Right!
If there's an error we caused (wrong design, misprint, or defects):
✅ Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [order.tadathreads@gmail.com].
✅ Include photos + Name + Email + Date of Purchase
✅ We will remake or correct your item at no cost!

Cancellations accepted but incur a 15% restocking fee (plus any fees we've already paid for materials/setup).
After Production Begins:
