Acceptable Submissions

All materials you provide—including images, text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and designs—must be:
✔ Original to you (created by you or a designer you’ve hired), or
✔ Properly licensed for commercial use (e.g., purchased stock art), or
✔ Used with written permission from the copyright/trademark owner.

Protected Material

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing:
❌ Copyrighted/trademarked content (e.g., brand logos, sports team designs, character art).
❌ Unlicensed fan art (even for "personal use").
❌ Unauthorized reproductions (e.g., album covers, movie posters).

Using protected material without permission violates intellectual property laws

Your Responsibility

By submitting a design, you:

Confirm it’s yours or you have legal rights to use it.
Assume all liability for any infringement claims.
Agree that Tada Threads is not responsible for legal disputes.

If Your Design Contains Protected Content

Provide proof of permission (e.g., a license or written consent).
No permission? We’ll help you:
- Modify the design to make it original.
- Cancel the order if needed (with a refund if applicable).
